All Access Pass is a benefit made possible through and by membership in Brigham Young University’s Cougar Club. BYUCougars.com exists for the purpose of providing information and entertainment to fans and other persons desiring to learn more about BYU athletic teams. The site is not a pay-per-use Web Site or a pay-to-use only site. Any persons who wish to access written material such as press releases, game story recaps, feature stories, schedules, and player bios can gain access without membership. However, access to special features such as but not limited to audio and video clips are made only available to Cougar Club members as part of the member benefits of the club.

Membership in the Cougar Club with benefits that include the All Access Pass, is made possible by an annual donation to Brigham Young University’s Cougar Club at the “Regular Cougar” level and above. All donations become the sole property of the Cougar Club to use as is deemed fit by the governing body of said club, without the need to show accountability to the donor of where the donation was used.
