Responsibilities:
Christina Linde is currently the athletic trainer for the men and women's tennis and women's softball teams. She has been involved with the softball team since its inaugural season in 2000. Linde is also Inventory Coordinator, OSHA compliance director, an Orthotic specialist for athletes and an assistant in budget/supply orders. In addition to these responsibilities, Linde teaches basic athletic training classes in the physical education department.
Linde has worked with numerous athletic programs at BYU. She worked with women's volleyball for 12 years, men's volleyball for five years and women's golf for 10 years. Linde has also worked with the football team.
Prior To BYU: Linde has been an athletic trainer for schools including Utah Valley State College, Mount Union College in Ohio, and South Mountain Junior College in Pheonix. Linde was also an athletic trainer for Tumwater Physical Therapy in Tumwater, Wash. Additionally, Linde coached softball at BYU as an extramural program, Mount Union College and Sierra College in Rocklin, Calif.
Education: Linde graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training in 1980. She continued at BYU earning a master's in athletic training in 1982. Linde also earned her certification with the National Athletic Trainers Association in 1981.
