A native of Richmond, Utah, Bunn was hired as the video coordinator for the athletic department at BYU in 1989 after receiving a B.A. in Communications from BYU the same year.Bunn is a founding member of the Collegiate Sports Video Association (CSVA) and is serving his second consecutive terms as its president. He currently serves the CSVA as confer-ence representative for the MWC. Bunn recently received CSVA's highest honor, the Bob Matey Video Coordinator of the Year Award. Bunn also serves as president of the board of trustees for Intermountain Specialized Abuse and Treatment Centers, a non-profit organization that treats abused children.
Personal: Bunn served a Church mission in Miami and married the former Lorie Petersen. They have two daughters, McKella and Elisha.
