Processes all the medical insurance claims for injured student athletes.
Prior To BYU: Director of Pleasant Grove Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic (2003-2007), Athletic trainer for BYU Cheer Squad (2005-2007)
Education: Earned an associate of science degree from Snow College in 1998. Graduated from BYU with a bachelor's in Physical Education with Athletic Training Emphasis in 2000. Mortensen continued her education obtaining a master's in 2003 from BYU in Physical Education with Athletic Training Emphasis.
