PROVO, Utah (Feb. 22, 2006)--Shauna Rohbock, a three-time All-American soccer player, and her partner Valerie Fleming ended America's medal drought on the Cesana Pariol course by claiming the silver medal in the two-man bobsled.

Rohbock and Fleming finished with a time of 3:50.69 seconds to finish 0.71 seconds behind Germany's team.

Rohbock, an Orem, Utah native, played soccer at BYU from 1995-98, earning three All-America citations along the way. She holds career records for goals (95), shots (368) and points (216) at BYU. Rohbock's 95 career goals place her No. 6 on the NCAA career scoring list behind Danielle Fotopoulos, Mia Hamm and Tiffany Milbrett.

Rohbock first came into the sport of women's bobsledding as a push athlete in 1999, but after a last-second decision by driver Jill Bakken in the 2002 Olympics that kept Rohbock on the sideline, she made the change to driver.
